Over the past few years, various settlements have been
reached between Microsoft and several states as a result
of multi-coordinated anti-trust lawsuits. The terms of the
settlements require Microsoft to refund money to consumers
and businesses in these states who purchased certain
Microsoft products during the various state settlement
periods. The settlements allow claims in the following
amounts per product purchased:
